Clinical Psychologist
Focusing on improving quality of life and well-being through a relational, collaborative and compassionate approach.

About me
Please note: I am on leave from the 1st May until the 3rd June 2026. If you send me an email or enquiry I will reply as soon as possible upon my return.
I am a Clinical Psychologist providing individual psychological services to adolescents (16+) and adults, with experience across a broad range of diagnoses. I work with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety or mood difficulties, body image and eating concerns, low self-worth or self-esteem and unhelpful relational patterns or struggles.
My therapeutic approach is most strongly influenced by the frameworks of compassion-focused therapy, schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. I work primarily from a compassion-focused orientation, aiming to challenge self-criticism, self-attacking and the experience of shame by developing and working with experiences of inner warmth, soothing, compassion and self-compassion.
